Shacknews are reporting that they have been contacted by Valve representatives who have provided confirmation that Half-Life 2: Orange Box will be launching on October 9.
The Orange Box consists of the highly anticipated Half-Life 2 sequel: Episode Two, the company’s other long awaited sequel Team Fortress 2, and the intriguing action title Portal.
When Electronic Arts do eventually publish the package, it will be available for $49.99 on PC and at the slightly higher price of $59.99 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
